テクニクス社が　CLASS AA発想できるとは思えていなかったので、日本特許を松下電器、電力増幅で調べたら、ブリッジ回路は何も出願されていなかった。　特許方向性がアクティブフィードバック系になっていたので、外部から発想を買う必要が背景にあった。

日本企業は　先行販売の模倣が開発ベースになっており、発想のquantum jumpはほぼ起こらない。　頭の固い上司が案を潰すのが日本式。　韓国ではquantum jumpはときどきある。最近では有機EL開発者を13年ほど凍りつけ成功したセイコーエプソンがある。凍ってしまっては拙いとの思いでいたら、韓国からお声がかかって彼は有機ELで成功した。　松下が思いつく発想でないことは、エンジニアならわかるだろう。

類似の原理（エラー・デフレクション等）を提唱していたA.M. Sandman氏との間で特許や発明の優先権に関する議論があったとされています。
